I have added a little blurb about INAPAM cards on my website.
In researching this, I discovered that their website link no longer works.
Do you know what their new URL is? The non-working on is www.inapam.gob.mx

Rolly, I Googled INAPAM then clicked on the first result and went right to the website. Here it is:

http://www.inapam.gob.mx/index/index.php

This site should have all the info you would ever want or need.

I am probably wrong as usually but as I read through the main site, outside of a few discounts the major 1, bus travel but anything important like medical appears to be only located in Mexico only? Moving to Villahermosa where one doctor was listed only. I have to many preexisting for IMSS

I tried to get my INAPAM card from my local DIF office today at first the guy said this is only for Mexicans, I pulled out the regulation in spanish about fm3 for gringos, and then the next statement was well we don't have any cards here you have to go to Jalisco what a deal
