IMSS and the FM-3

Hola...

Does anyone know if the IMSS is willing to accept any immigrant regardless of visa status. I've heard that the system is starting to look carefully at this situation and that they are denying all new applications from visa holders.

Ther latest I have heard is that you can not get IMSS with a FMT. We did but I think they have changed the law.
