Hiring Mexican nationals to work for you

Can't Post |
Is it possible and/or easier to start a for profit business (hopefully), hiring Mexicans to do the labor and managing the enterprise? Do you know what if any visa one needs?

Thanks

Depending on what type of business you are opening, it might be more beneficial for you to subcontract/farm out the labor. That way you are not stuck paying employees for life, but they still get the job done. What kind of business is it?

It will be either septic tank pumping or solar energy. Any thoughts?
