I've lived here long enough to get used to not having everything at your finger tips like NOB. So, when I needed a small electronic circuit board for my alarm system ASAP, I panicked. I make one trip a year NOB and buy stuff, or have friends bring it down, but neither of those options was available right now. The manufacturer didn't list any distributors in Mexico (big surprise) but did list a few international shippers, I called one in Lewisville Texas, Automated Outlet http://www.automatedoutlet.com/ and yes they do ship into Mexico, I was immediately impressed. I ordered the part late last Weds, got a confirmation Thurs and selected Express UPS shipping. UPS said delivery Monday, I was doubtful. But, tracking showed the box arriving in Guad Friday and yesterday, Monday, it was delivered ontime, as promised and miracle of all miracles, no Customs duty. I had to look around to make sure I was still in Mexico - this could totally change the way we live down here.
While the shipping cost a bit, I'm totally impressed with this company, it's products and it's service. John recommends restaurants, I recommend home automation outlets and these guys get my business!
