Change of address notice for INM....

How much time is allowed to change my home address with immigration? I moved, then took my new address to Telmex so they could move the service. Phone moved no problem, but they scrambled the address so bad on the bill that it doesn't even resemble my actual address. So I think I got it fixed with Telmex, but I hate to present that mess to INM for my address change.
I know there is no charge for the address change but a harsh penalty if you take too long. How long is that?
