Caution: BUPA past and present clients

Can't Post |
I checked my VISA bill this month to find BUPA health insurance debited my account for $1,500. Haven't used BUPA in a few years. Not sure if this was an isolated incident or this is what they do.

Check you checking accounts and credit card bills.

Any mistake made by BUPA will no doubt be quickly remedied. They are, after all, one of the world's very best, and most dependable, health care organizations.

Lucy's reminder to check credit card bills etc carefully is a timely one, and excellent advice.

Tony
I appreciate your confidence in BUPA but it is not that easy. I am having an awful time getting it off my Visa account. It was removed once as a disputed amount and put back on. Now I have to sign a fraud warrent. Still not sure this will work. Problem is the company is in London and the sales office is in Mexico. I have spent almost $200 in phone calls trying to get this resolved. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Meanwhile it is driving me nuts.
