Any Home gardeners here?

Are there any home gardeners here? Or folks who have gardeners? Organic? I'd love to hear what edibles you are growing. Laura

Although we compost yard waste, we've embraced the DuPont motto of "Better living through chemicals" (or something like that).

We're always harvesting blackberries, arugula, cherry tomatoes, Swiss chard, spinach, green beans, shallots and scallions. And in colder weather, snow peas and a variety of salad greens. We try to grow what's not commonly available in the market.

Do you get your seeds or plants locally?

Everything's local. We buy some seeds here at Hortalera and HomeMart, and we save hard-to-get seeds. The shallots were started with some I bought at the grocery store.
