Does anyone know of a good source on the web for elevations of cities and towns in Mexico? I find the information scattered here and there. Thanks.

Look here: http://www.weatherunderground.com/global/MX.html

You'll find the weather -- current and historical -- well as altitude, longitude and latitude for a number of cities in Mexico.
