What if we both own a home in Mexico?

Since there is no singles group I am a member of, I would like to pose a scenario. If someone has been in or seen this situation, I'm wondering how it was handled or if not, just thoughts.

I think there are a lot of singles Lakeside who own rather than rent a home. I also know across the board, homes here do not sell that quickly unless priced very low.

So what happens if two Lakeside singles who each own homes decide they want to be together? Other than renting out one of the houses (and then they have to decide who moves into whose house), what do they do?

And of course I ask this as a single person who owns a home and doesn't plan on being alone to the end.

Thanks.

Spock.

Some people own a number of houses. Nothing special.

You were right about the real estate market. It was very much a buyers market until last year when the GOOD rains came. Now with the lake at the highest level it has been in years it is a very hot sellers market.
