Just a question that I need a answer for. Is my will that was written in Texas that and leaves all my properties, cars, investment & bank accounts in Texas and Mexico to my daughter good here in Mexico?

MexConnect has a very good search function. Using such, I came up with the following recent discussion but there are many more if you were to enter wills into that option:

PS: Now that you have asked this question on a number of forums, please keep in mind the definition of a camel - a horse designed by a committee.

It was suggested to us that we keep assets in Mexico in a separate will, which we have done. Apparently it makes life easier for the trustees.
