The "magic words" of the late Bob Keeshan, Captain Kangaroo of TV fame, who punched his ticket on Saturday would have served as great social lubricators here. Nonetheless, if you don't have any additional luck, you might try calling the Presidente Municipal of Tlalnelhuayocan, Sr. Reyes Viveros Hernández, at (011-52) (228) 814 7165 and seeing if he might be able to assist you.

Could you please see if the name of the village is "San Andres Tlalnelhuayocan". I live in Xalapa, Veracruz which is about 15 minutes from San Andres. Is Guadalupe a student of yours? I don't know if I can get the records. You may have to send a certified letter to them.
