Mexican Lottery

Well, it's happened again! I've been asked a question which I can't answer, i.e., is there an internet (or other) source in English to find out the rules for playing the Mexican lottery? I don't even know of one in Spanish.... anyone out there know?

The billete that you buy has about the same value as the paper you buy from the lady at the baño publico, but is not as soft and useful.

In Mexico, as in the US, the Lottery is a tax on folks that are not good at math...........8<)
