Medical Tourism Poll

I used polldaddy.com to make the survey, my project is due on Monday and I really need some people to take the survey because noone has taken it yet (its only 4 quick questions). Please take a second for my survey..thanks!

You would probably get more responses from people on this forum if your survey was in english. Many people on this forum do not speak or read spanish.
