I’m hearing objections as to relevancy, materiality and beyond the scope of some of the posts which have been appearing on the General Forum. Let’s stay on track and on topic.
Participants shouldn’t have to sift the wheat from the chaff, and there’s been too much chaff lately. I'd rather that folks self-edit than make me delete their posts.
The private message feature should be utilized for off-topic and private discussions. If you’re inviting someone for a drink when you visit Ajijic, please do that privately so as not to make the rest of us feel excluded. Unless, of course, you’re planning to foot the bill for all everyone! Please use private messaging to discuss your family history, liquor preferences and anything else that meanders.
Most folks come here for information – not to create a social life.
