According to the above article, America Movil aka Telcel (in Mexico) aka Carlos Slim have been fined $11.99 billion Pesos by Mexico's antitrust regulator for alleged monopolistic practices. If they are able to enforce this fine and actually collect, I will be truly impressed! The US Govt. might learn a thing or two instead of levying "slap on the wrist" fines against corporations!
