How to register to vote in US with no permanent US address

Can't Post | Private Reply
With the 2004 elections coming, it's not too early to thinking about registering to vote if you aren't already. Even if you don't have a permanent US address and you live outside the US, you can register to vote by filing the Federal Postcard Application available for download:

The URL works fine for me. This is a .pdf file which requires Acrobact Reader to be installed on your computer. Could that be your problem?

After finding out that my absentee ballot in the last presidential election wasn't even counted, I'm not sure I will bother.
