With the 2004 elections coming, it's not too early to thinking about registering to vote if you aren't already. Even if you don't have a permanent US address and you live outside the US, you can register to vote by filing the Federal Postcard Application available for download: http://fvap.gov/pubs/onlinefpca.pdf Carol Schmidt
