Fox's Fiscal reform

I was trying to follow the happenings in the Legislature re the new budget. I lost track just before Xmas. I know the budget was passed but I do not know which parts were included. What happened to the 3 % tax on food and drugs? Liquor tax? Gasoline tax? Thanks.

Plans to tax food and drugs have been rejected, as was a proposed 20% tax on cigarettes.
