Yes, the rate is getting close to what I think was the "all time" high of 11.30 back in December. If it keeps on we will be able to eat every day and who knows maybe have desert.
Sure, we watch it! We thought all expats living here did. We're building a house so when the exchange goes up we get better prices (at least until the prices rise again).
