Crossing at Reynosa

I have an old (1999 vintage) Sanborn's travelog that shows the bridge at Reynosa is open 6am to 9pm but the Banjercito office is only open from 10am to 2pm. We want to cross over at 6am on Jan. 2nd but may have to get our paper work done on the 1st. if the above hours are correct. Does anyone know if the above hours are correct and if not what are the correct hours. Also are the offices open on Jan 1st?

It is a little outdated but there is a fax-back number and phone numbers that should lead you to the most up-to-date info!
