Beach Casita in lamanzanilla for the weason

Dear Snowbirds,
I have a casita on the beach in the village of lamanzanilla and I can't get down there this winter except for a bit. THe place is on solar but has town water . It would be a great spot for a camper and the casita includes an outdoor shower etc with hot water. Look on lamanzanill.info, our village website if you are curious. I am in Glenwood Springs Colorado after three years making a beach paradise and hope to find the perfect rentor for this artists studio type of place.
