Does anyone who banks with Bank of America have trouble getting connected to your account online?

The reason I'm asking is that I'm in the process of opening a BOA account and am remembering that lately I've had so much trouble with what will be my former bank--UMB (once I get this account opened). Not only can I not open my account, I haven't even been able at times to open go to their site using Google Search or typing in the URL. When I call them, it's as if they have lost my IP address (I have NOT changed computers or locations) and they have to get it established again. I have never had that problem with CitiBank Banamex USA and I sure don't want a new bank that has that problem. Thanks for your help.

I've only been doing it for a year and a half down here, but I've never had a problem accessing online banking with BofA. And I've had a handful of different IP addresses. Never been an issue.

Thanks. It can get very frustrating. I'm glad I'm closing my account(s) there. The first few years we were here it never happened and lately it's been frequent. 'Probably some increased security or something.

I have been using banking online with B of A here in Mexico for the past 10 years. I have never experienced a problem and being able to check daily and using their services very helpful.

I've been using my BofA account here for almost two years and have never had a problem accessing my information on-line. Also, once a month they send me an e-mail and remind me to check my on-line bank statement.

Same here. Accessing BofA for over 10 years with IE, Firefox and Safari on my iPod and the BofA app on the iPod. No problems.

I have also been with BofA for over a year and have never had a problem with access and they have been very easy to get in touch with both online and phone.

i have been using bofa for 2 years and 1 time i had to wait a little to log on. using your bofa at any Scotia bank is the best..... basically no added fees for atm withdrawals.

you do have to inform bofa that your out of the country... sometimes they freeze my account untill i call and confirm purchases or withdrawals that seem a little odd.
