27,000 arrested in Mexico drug war in 2010

News reports of the number of drug war related deaths are common.
There have been several reports of arrests of high-value drug lords,
but this is the first article I have seen that reports the total number of arrests.

The article is from the French news agency AFP.
There is a typo in the third paragraph -- 17,200 should be 27,200.

But how many convicted? That's the number I'd like to see.

I've seen that number used pretty often though I'm not sure if that is the rate for all crimes or for drug crimes.
