I am in Puerto Vallarta and in the process of developing a database intensive website for boaters, primarily in the US. Looking for several persons locally (preferably) with various skills, full time and long term, to assist in the development and management of the site. Looking for skills in database design, internet search and data harvesting, communications skills and general administrative skills. Boating experience helpful but not required.
