I have a Buyer who is seeking to purchase 975 peso 1913 Series C Mexican bonds. We currently have 2000 in our tranche, however, the Buyer is seeking to buy a total of 3000. If you have 1000 clean 975's that you can add, the sale will take place this week.
The sale would take place in Mexico City, at HSBC. We would need a full package with the 1000 serial numbers and the attorney contact info; the attorney will authorize the bonds to be moveed to HSBC.
The Buyer will send contract to buy immediatedly. They are ready to buy, we just need 1000 clean 1913 975's Series C.
The commissions are:
$12.5M per bond
$1.5M brokers
