Question: do you think there is a need for a first rate self-storage facility in the state of Yucatan, one with 24 hr security, climate control, car storage, etc.? Would you use it? Would people you know use this service?

Your target demographic would be ex-pats at US dollar prices. I'm curious how many winter in Mexico and need space to store valubals etc, when renting out there vacation homes. Alsovaluables, business storage usually accounts for 35% of self-storage business.
