SMALL WOODWORKING FACTORY (TURNING) SEEKS PROJECTS
Can't Post |
I have been working with a group of woodturners in Paracho, Michoacan (Paracho is 30 miles out of Urapan, to the north) for over 10 years and I can no longer employ them full time. This is a GREAT bunch of responsible guys, very hardworking, very honest, very smart, very loyal. We have a ~2000 squ ft shop with 4 lathes, bandsaw, table saw, routers, overhead pneumatic pin router, 6 ft stroke sander, belt sanders, planer, joiner, drill presses, and access to cocobolo (currently $30 per 1/2 green log - about $3/bd ft, milled), bocote, cedro, madrone, pine and more. A 10 ft industial bandsaw is down the block. They have never done complex joinery or furniture but could be taught. If you have no Spanish at all a crash course would go a long way. If we/they can help you with your project or projects please contact me with information about your circumstances and requirements at ALEXFAREED@aol.com.
