Hello
I have come across this short exchange on the subject of investment in rental property from 8 years ago.

Since then, has anyone had additional insights they would like to share.
My wife and I looking to becoming snowbirds, and eventually retiring to mexico and would be interested in others experiences in generating rental income in mexico.
Also if anyone can recommend books or other resource that may deal with this topic we would greatly appreciate it.
