I am considering purchasing an existing business. This is a one person enterprise and speaking fluent English is imperative.
I have spent a long time searching forums for some answers about the restrictions, rules etc. and what type of Visa I would need.
I'll be grateful if someone can give me some answers or direct me to the right place to find the answers.
