My good friend Dave Easby has just published his book entitled: They Tore Down the Russell Hotel -- A Story of Change in Small Town Mexico. That small town is La Peņita de Jaltemba, Nayarit.
Dave says: This collection of funny, and sometimes moving, short stories follows our adventures in trying to adapt to a very different way of life. Over our time there, it is not just La Peņita that changes, we change too.
Dave has allowed us to publish one the stories from the book on the Jaltemba Jalapeņo: The Yellow Rope.
