Import Duty - Woodworking Machinery

I'm a US citizan living living part-time in Mexico. I go on a tourist
visa - I'm not an FM3/2 etc. I'd like to buy and bring in some used
woodworking machinery, for my own use, not business use or resale,
from Texas. Big stuff, like a tablesaw, which I will transport in my
own truck, which is registered in Mexico.

Can someone tell me what the import duty is on such equipment,
and what the procedures are for bringing it in?
