I am opening a deli/bakery in Rosarito BC. I plan to buy a roaster to roast my own beans for coffee. I am looking to establish a relationship with either a grower or exporter who can supply #1 grade Mexican green beans and also raw beans from around the globe. I plan to market to my retail customers as well as establish a wholesale trade. I estimate that to start I would need approximately 150-200 lbs per month.
