Costa Maya / Mahahual, Quintana Roo - Located 4 hours south of Cancun and about 1 and 1/2 hours east of Chetumal. This is a new tourist destination which includes the new port of "Costa Maya".

Small eight room beachfront hotel is looking for a manager / caretaker (single or couple) to run operation. Duties include all aspects of day to day operations. Bilingual and working papers are preferred. Includes housing, gas, electric, internet, truck and gas allowance. For more details please PM.

I believe I would be an excellent candidate for this position in Mahahual and would be very interested in learning more about it. I am currently involved with a property management company as well as owning and operating a General Contracting Company for the past 20 years. I have strong family ties in the region (Chemuyil/Tulum) and have been looking for an opportunity in the area in which I can use my skills and knowledge. I have been in the Mahahual/Xcalak area as this has been an area I have looked into previously. I have applied for my FMM and I am following up with the necessary paperwork this week.
