We are planning our honeymoon. We are considering the first week at the Aventura Palace.

Are their city buses that run past the resort? How often?

Where do you want to go?
The Aventura Palace is about 20 kms(12 miles) from Playa del Carmen and about 35 Kms (20 miles )to Tulum.
If you go to the main gate of the A.P. then you can get collectivo (mini bus) to either for about 10 pesos. These collectivos run all the time and you just flag them down. Once in Playa del Carmen or Tulum then you can get regular buses to Cancun and elsewhere.
You can bike or walk to Puerto Aventuras.

Daniel,

I have friends that will be staying at the Fiesta Palladium Kantenah and they arethinking about spending a day snorkeling in Cozumel. They've used the collectivos before. She would like to get an early start, do you have any idea if there are schedules, or at what time in the morning they start service, what time at night do they stop?

Sorry do not know what the colectivo schedules are. I am sure the staff at the hotel would know.
