lookinf for insight on buying lots in Isla Aguada

Any insght for this area looking at buying some lots here but can not get the answers from the governments as to what the restrictions are for the area any contacts with SEMARNAT

The quickest way to find out what you need to know is to hire a local architect, which you are going to need anyway.
