anyone know whats going on with the area near sabancuy towards isla aguarda
i was going to buy some lots there but did some research and noticed that this was a protected area of fona and flora
it was in zone 5 i think which stated no habitation or infastructure could be done
some people still bought and now they say a blanket permit for this area has been applied for
questions is there such a thing as a blanket building permit neve heard of such a thing
