bahia principe residents

Just back from a great holiday and thinking of purchasing some property at the bahia principe golf resort, have a ton of questions don't know where to start. Any info at this point would help.

We just bought a lot there and will be moving there next summer 2012. Retiring. I have some information if you want to email me privately. I'm trying to find out information regarding moving our household items there--the safest, most economical way.
