That's a fun road but we drove it in October before the bridge fire so we don't know if it has been repaired.
We saw a beach house we liked on that road about 12 kilometers out of Xcalak but the dude wanted $650,000USD for it and services are primitive at best. The climate, isolation and mosquitos there are a bit much.
