Talavera Pottery

Good afternoon, Puebla, is known for its fine pottery, Talavera being one of them.
I have been told that there are several manufactures of Talavera, is there any one place in Puebla that one can go to look and buy that has many selections of Talavera?

Bud- Google talavera and go to the store sites, there are some that have terrific histories of the art craft and talk about specific factories. Delores Hidalgo has some fine factories also. Looking thru the web sites helped us narrow down the style of talavera and colors we would look for since walking into a huge factory room with piles of talavera was too visually exciting to us to commit to anything. Around every corner, aisle and behind every door was always something fabulous. that is Mexico. Enjoy, Anita
