Swimming pools in Oaxaca City?

My wife has arthritis and is looking for swimming opportunities in Oaxaca. Are there any public pools, or pools with reasonable membership rates? We are not interested in paying exorbitant rates (like those at the Hotel Victoria), and don't mind swimming with the locals at a local pool. If you know of any localities we can check out (cross-streets, please -- we are new in town) my wife and her knees would be very grateful!

Hola, amigos.

I, too, would love to know about more swimming pool options in Oaxaca City. Hotel Victoria spiked their prices, and Acuarela and Cino's classes do not allow my children to just play and explore in the pool. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
