Oaxaca City: House with big garden for rent May-December, wonderful place, good location

We are in Europe for the summer so you can rent our house from May 15th 2006 to end of December 2006 (6 months).
The colonial-style house has two bedrooms, a large living room and a wonderfull veranda with view over the Oaxaca valleys. See some pictures at http://www.schepp.com/casaoaxaca.html
We will rent the place completely furnished with all services. Our caretaker/maid/cook/babysitter/manager will keep coming three days a week and she is a real angel!
We are not renting to make any money, just looking for some help with expenses and to have the place looked after.
We rent our place and and the extra garden house (http://www.schepp.com/house-oaxaca.html). We usually rent this garden bungalow to short term visitors but would prefer to rent everything together for the whole time. If you don't need this garden house we would try to rent it separetly.
The place is wonderful with it’s very big tropical garden, the working fireplace and the central location near the Hotel Fortin Plaza just above the Xochimilco neighbourhood. The neigbourhood is very safe and we are at an easy walking distance to the historic downtown area (15 minutes walking to Sto. Domingo church).
Three bathrooms, laundry facilitys, secure parking, TV, DVD, etc.
Kids are welcome!
The house has fast broadband internet acces (LAN and WiFi). You can be online 24 hours - Just hook up the notebook!
If you are already in Oaxaca please come by and have a look.
To make things easier the rent now includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity and the maid will be paid directly by us - so you won't have to worry about it). For everything (house and casita and
maid service) it would be 9.750 pesos/month. This is including everything (telephone and internet fees are extra).
