Need advice on apartment in Playa for 1 month

The wife and I will be driving to Playa del Carmen arriving around June 15th. Will be staying for 1 month. Can anyone point me towards an apartment (only 1 bedroom) in the Area.

Been to the play several time (last in 2001), can't afford playacar areas. Just a simple apartment, around the town.

I found one for 700, but would like a little less.

Staying in Merida on the way back for a month for 450.

I know you can't compare but I would like to stay in 550-600 range.

If this post doesn't appear correct, forgive. This is the first post I have attempted.

Your post looks just fine. I don´t have any good leads except a couple of good message boards where people who do know hang out. Although rents are generally higher in Playa than CAncun, I don´t think you should have a problem finding something in your price range.
