Don´t forget Bubba´s axiom, Norm. Never invest money in Mexico you can´t afford to lose if things go south. That goes for everybody who moves here. Not that I would not be highly displeased if my investment in San Cristobal was a bummer but, as long as I´m there, better than having a home in Moline. There are worse things than living in a place where things are going on. In Ajijic the biggest thing that has happened since I´ve been here is the opening of the new Subway sandwich joint. It´s so boring here that they´re thinking of a sister city relationship with Fresno.
Actually the negative image of the extraordinarily beautiful and exotic Chiapas is the primary reason for moving there. It draws me like a magnet.
