Lodging in Oaxaca

I will be in Oaxaca for three months starting in July or August. I will be looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat. If someone knows where I can look I would apprecitate the help. And, if someone has stayed in or seen the Villas Alcala I would love to get some feedback.

I know people who live in Villas Alcala each winter and love it. The grounds are kept up nicely and each unit has a patio area. However, the units are small. You might be able to "cut a deal" in July and August, dunno. I am looking for tenants for my house from mid-June to mid-August or maybe beyond. I only charge what I pay in rent. I pay utilities, gas, once-a-week maid, local telephone and WiFi high speed Internet. If interested, email me privately geriande@yahoo.com
