Does anybody know a cheese maker (cream, queso fresco and queso oaxaqueno) near the city of Oaxaca?

Someone handed out a flyer yesterday in the library. There are workshops on traditional cheesemaking on Nov. 15 and 16 and on Dec. 13 and 14 in Etla. The contact info is lucerocalas@yahoo.com
