Borderland Beat reports increasing drug gang violance in Cancún.
"Composed of former Mexican military and kaibiles (former Guatemalan counter insurgency forces), members of the group FEZ (Fuerzas Especiales Zetas) was recently sent to Cancun from the state of Tamaulipas, to eliminate independent drug dealers known as Chapulines, or "locusts", and whoever else does not comply with the plaza covenants."
