Immigration help in Oaxaca?

Can anyone recommend a good facilitator or lawyer to complete and file our FM2 in Oaxaca? I was planning on doing our FM2 forms ourselves but due to some family issues my time is now too divided.

There is a person, Hernan, who many extranjeros use and are satisified with. I don't have his contact info, but you can find it at the Oaxaca Lending Library, and maybe on their website, www.oaxlibrary.com.
