I'm posting this here because I get frequent inquiries re Oaxaca rentals. I know of a 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath house in nice centro neighborhood. House is all one level, unusual for Oaxaca. It has a small garden/patio, studio, maid's quarters and rooftop lavanderia. Two single people could easily share and still have their privacy. Rent is 8,000 pesos/month.
