Good Law Firm in Cancun or Merida with Real Estate Speciality?

Hi Carey on Cozumel checking in with a question. We're looking for sound and authoritative legal advice as we begin to go through the process of subdividing our land on which we've built two houses so we can then sell one of them and keep the other. I'm aware of the old saying that there are three kinds of law in these parts: National Law, Yucatecan Law and Cancun (or Cozumel) Law. However, since the one great local attorney here on Coz died unexpectedly last fall, no one has stepped in to fill the shoes of providing authoritative advice at least on National and Yucatecan real estate laws. Does anyone have a recommendation in Cancun? I've written to two large firms that were recommended on the Canadian embassy site, Camara y Associados and Govela and Associates to ask them what their hourly rates would be for simply giving us some good advice that we can then use to keep tabs on whatever local mouthpiece we end up having to use on the ground here. It may be we are little dung beetles to these big firms in terms of wanting to bother with us. But if anyone has an opinion or experience with either of these firms -- good or bad -- I would be most grateful for the input. I would also be deeply indebted to anyone who could give me the name or names of anyone else who is really knowledgeable about Mexican real estate law as it pertains to foreigners holding trusts. Thanks so much in advance for any leads. I'm just about going bald pulling my hair out over this. I'm going to attempt to add a photo I took at the pet parade during Carnival here on Cozumel just for everyone's amusement.
