English speaking Oaxaca Doctor

Howdy Friends. I will be in Oaxaca for about 3 weeks this month, there is a chance I may extend my stay there. If so, can anyone recomend a English speaking doctor in Oaxaca City? I may have to renew my prescritions while there. I don't take anything unusual, the usual stuff for someone my age, blood thinner, colestrol reducer, well known heart medication. My HMO is a real pain, would be easier to get them in Oaxaca, and would perfer dealing with a doctor and prescription first before going to a pharmaist there. None of my meds are the "high" type. Thanks again for your help with all my trips to Mexico over the past few years, Skyline

You don't need a prescription from a doctor. Almost all meds are sold over the counter in México. Just take your existing bottle/package to a pharmacy. They can looking in a big book to translate the name if necessary. No problem at all.
