No, "they" don't make you get vaccinated. For what? What's on your mind? Yes, in my experience, they fumigate the buses, esp. first class buses. Also in Mexico. Sometimes you can smell it, sometimes not.

We wish to visit Guatemala while we're in Chiapas looking for new treasures for my shop. Many years ago my husband traveled alot in Central & South America and "they" immigration officials made him present innoculation records before entering many of the countries. Since we're not keep on vaccinations we were hoping that would not be a requirement for entering Guatemala. How do they go about fumigating the busses?
We're thinking twice about the visit now anyway, because of the recurrence of the AH1N1. We caught it in Bernal, the week after Semana Santa and are JUST NOW getting over the last of the residual effects!!!
Thanks,
Marianne
